These terms apply to your use of the Lucknow Web Solutions website and, unless a written agreement or proposal says otherwise, to services provided by Lucknow Web Solutions (ABN 54 837 709 941) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The content on this website is for general information only. You may view and share it for personal and business use, but you must not copy, reproduce or republish it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Quotes and proposals

Each project is quoted individually. Your quote or proposal will set out the scope of work, fees, payment terms and expected timeframes. Where a quote or proposal conflicts with these terms, the quote or proposal applies.

Your responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, images and access details when we need them, and to give feedback within a reasonable time. Delays in receiving these may affect timelines.

You confirm that any content, logos or images you supply are yours to use, or that you have permission to use them.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the timeframe shown on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Ongoing services such as SEO or Google Business Profile management are billed as set out in your proposal and can be cancelled in line with the notice period stated there.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design created specifically for you, excluding third-party software, themes, fonts, plugins and stock images, which remain subject to their own licences. Until payment is complete, we retain ownership of our work.

Search results

Search engines such as Google control their own rankings and change them regularly. While we use proven, above-board methods, we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level or result.

Third-party services

Your website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars, email, forms and Google products. We are not responsible for outages, changes or losses caused by those services.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the amount you paid for the services concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
